To which countries does Kyklikós send orders?

Kyklikós ships to Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Czeck Republic, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portuga, Slovakia and Slovenia.

How much does it cost to ship the order?

Within Spain, orders with a value greater than €150 will be free. When the order has a value of less than €150, the cost is €6.5 in the Peninsula, €8 in the Balearic Islands and €14 in the Canary Islands. 

Outside of Spain, orders with a value greater than €150 will be free. When the order has a value of less than €150, the cost is €15. 

How do I know where is my order?

Once the courier company has picked up your package, we will send you an email notifying you that your package is on its way and the estimated arrival date. In addition, you can click on the link "Follow your shipment" to know its status at all times. The courier makes two delivery attempts and incidents are reported so that they can be resolved as soon as possible on the web. If they are not resolved within 10 days, the package returns to our warehouses. Please make sure you always put the full and correct address and phone number. Any extra expenses derived from possible errors on the part of the buyer when providing the delivery address will be borne by the buyer. Also make sure there is always someone at home to receive the order. Remember that we can also send it to your work or to a friend's house if you are not going to be at home. 

 

How long will my package take to arrive?

Orders within the Peninsula may take between 2 and 5 working days to arrive. Outside, they can take up to 10 working days.

I haven't received all items bought. What should I do?

Check that the missing items are included in the confirmation email. If this is the case, send us an email to hola@kyklikos.com and we will solve the problem as soon as possible. If it is not in the mail, it means that the purchase was never made and you did not pay for it, so you will have to buy it again.

I still haven't received my package, what should I do?

If your purchase has not yet arrived and the delivery deadline has passed, check your inbox as you may have received an email saying that they tried delivering your order but there was no one at the address to pick it up.  If this is not the case, send us an email to hola@kyklikos.com indicating your order number with the problem and we will try to solve it as soon as possible.

Are Kyklikós shipments sustainable?

Kyklikós has carefully chosen the most sustainable alternative for its business. The delivery company is committed to the environment thanks to the carbon footprint neutralization process, and smart urban delivery by reducing the kilometers traveled per package or using an alternative delivery fleet.
