If you want to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help! We offer free exchanges or returns within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. You can return your product and get a store credit, a different product, or a refund of the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy. Here are some examples:
- Discounted items are considered non-return sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags attached and must be returned in their original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate an exchange or return, complete the following steps:
- Write us an email to email@example.com indicating in the subject your order number and the word CHANGE or RETURN, in the body you will have to explain to us which items you want to return and the reason.
- Once your return is approved, we will either send you a label to print so you send the items back. To return the items you can use our box or bag if it is in good condition to pack the item and always check that the package is well closed before sending it. We will ask you if you want the package to be picked up or if you prefer to drop it at any GLS point, find the closest one here.
- Once we have received the item in our warehouses, we will check that the garment is in the same condition as when you received it and we will inform you that we have received your order.
- You will receive the new items in the shipping period corresponding to the address you indicated or your refund in a maximum of 10 business days.
